Bug description:
  Hi when I tried to run python /usr/share/apport/apport-kde 1438689 it fails with the following message:
  ```
  ...
  import PyQt4.uic.Compiler.qobjectcreator # precompiled from /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/PyQt4/uic/Compiler/qobjectcreator.pyc
  ERROR: Could not import module, is a package upgrade in progress?  Error: No module named PyKDE4.kdecore
  ```

  It seems that apport-kde tries to import python2 version's
  pykde4.kdecore but failed because the package actually depends on
  python3 version.  After I install python-kde4 package the error
  vanishes.
