  apport crash

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  fairly fresh install of  12.04
   generating a few crash reports
  What is significant is that apport crashes immediately when it come up as well.
   This is happening every time there is an error report.
  expect:   crash report to gather info, ask for permmissions ,   and send report.
   instead apport crashes and sends it's own crash report as well.
