  Gracefully handle invalid apt sources in apport-retrace

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Right now if you have an invalid apt source, like oneiric ddebs which
  have since gone away, retraces using apport-retrace fail completely.
  We should fix this to warn, but continue on with the sources that are
  available.
