Bug description:
  When i try to run ubuntu-bug, it throws this in standard output:

  IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/etc/boinc-client/gui_rpc_auth.cfg'
  Xlib:  extension "GLX" missing on display ":0".

  If i execute ubuntu-bug with sudo, it throws this instead:

  sudo: gnome-open: command not found
  Xlib:  extension "GLX" missing on display ":0".

  I use Ubuntu Oneiric, ubuntu-bug version 1.23
