Bug description:
Binary package hint: grub-pc
After allowing "Update Manager" to update packages, it complains that
grub-pc was unable to fully install.
Upon running install/remove/etc. commands in aptitude, the following
errors are produced:

0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used.

This is likely not a grub2 problem, but an Ubuntu packaging problem.
Will be happy to run any commands/post any information that helps this bug get resolved.
