Bug description:
  I have a Compaq mini 110c 1020SL. UNR doesn't boot, it doesn't appear
  neither the grub screen (i've alse windows xp on it) neither the login
  screen. The machine simply stop on the compaq initial screen. The most
  of times I cannot neither boot from another device neither enter in
  the BIOS setup. This problem is appeared once I made the upgrade to
  10.04: at that time I had just Ubuntu on the pc. When this problem
  appeared, I sent the pc tho HP technical support center, which
  restored Windows xp system. With just Windows on it, the pc worked
  well, but once I've installed once again UNR 10.04 the same problem
  restarted.
