  Binary package hint: yelp

  Novices to Ubuntu need some explanation about the problem reporting
  procedure, and an explanation of what Launch Pad is. This help should
  also be offered on first launch of App Port. This would lead to better
  quality of feedback and fewer abandoned reports.
