  Utility "Report a problem..." fails to start

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  In Jaunty, when choosing Applications-->System tools-->Report a
  problem... a message appears in lower panel stating "Starting Report a
  problem", and then disappears. Utility fails to start.
