[Bug 1876917] [NEW] libu2f-udev has been rendered unnecessary by systemd v244

Public bug reported:

Since systemd v244, specifically this commit
(https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/11996), systemd detects U2F
devices based on their declared usage (page) and automatically generates
the relevant udev rules. Manually maintaining device-specific rules is
therefore no longer necessary and libu2f-udev can be removed from
libu2f-host.
