Title:
Add style information to custom widgets

Status in Ayatana Design:
  New
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
If we add, for example, custom class names or we name widgets differently, we will be able to theme the progressbar's trough with a dark color... same thing could apply to other custom widgets.
Once we have those custom rules, we can hook up in the css of ambiance and radiance theme to apply custom styles.
