  Grub doesn't recognize alternative keyboard layouts

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  During the install process I set my keyboard layout to Dvorak but when
  I boot up into the grub menu and try to edit the entries it uses
  qwerty.  I don't see any way to change it.
