Removing packages from groovy:
	spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy

		python-spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy armhf
		python-spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy i386
		python-spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy ppc64el
		python-spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy riscv64
		python-spyne 2.12.11-1build1 in groovy s390x
Comment: Depends on removed python-lxml, removed from Debian testing; Debian bug #938554
1 package successfully removed.

Bug description:
  spyne depends on dropped python-lxml

  python2 is dead, please remove spyne such that new lxml can migrate.

  RM spyne python2 removals, removed from testing, uninstallable in
  unstable

  Or i can upload new beta version of spyne with python3 support. Or
  like NMU that into Debian.
