spyne depends on dropped python-lxml
python2 is dead, please remove spyne such that new lxml can migrate.
RM spyne python2 removals, removed from testing, uninstallable in
unstable
Or i can upload new beta version of spyne with python3 support. Or
like NMU that into Debian.
