live-build doesn't know about riscv64

[Impact]

 * ubuntu-base tarball builds on riscv64 fail due to live-build not
knowing about riscv64 architecture

[Test Case]

 * build ubuntu-base tarball project
 * it should suceed

[Regression Potential]

 * live-build only affects image building, and thus should have good qa of images in place to catch any regressions.
 * backport from groovy of the arch define only, without changing any build procedures
