Your report doesn't contain any information regarding the error so it
won't be possible to investigate the problem that you encountered.
If you're still having problems please try run the following command in
a terminal:
apport-collect 1880215
immediately after the installation fails, and update the report to tell
us what error message you saw on screen and at what stage of the
installation process it occurred.
Please make sure that you allow the integrity check to run fully before
starting the installation process. If any errors are encountered you
might need to re-write the image to your USB device.
Marking as affecting ubiquity for now but also "Incomplete" as not
enough information has been provided.

Bug description:
Downloaded Ubuntu 20.04 ISO and installed to USB drive with Etcher
software. Original Ubuntu 18.04 LTS obtained of CD. Computer will not
install Ubuntu 20.04.
