[Bug 1880615] [NEW] grub failed to install

Grub fails to install to any partition on my HP Pavilion 15-p068tx. This
is after a wipe of all data, windows 8.1 is installed, followed by
ubuntu mate 20.04. I can't boot up ubuntu mate as grub can not install.
