(There is no Ubuntu 18 release, do you mean Ubuntu Core 18?  or Ubuntu
18.04 LTS?  Apport-collect should at least tell us that)

Bug description:
  I have these error in upgrading from 18 to 20:

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

  This was caused by: 
  * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu 
  This is most likely a transient problem, 
  please try again later. 

  in Main.log I have this error:
