[Bug 1904592] [NEW] grub installation failed than bug report prompt

Public bug reported:

As installation was about to finish the grub installation failed, 'this
is a critical error'. Then a little text box opened : Installation
complete you have to restart your PC. Then the bug report opened and
asked if I want to send detailed information.
