The problem is that you still have packages (nodejs) installed from a
3rd-party repository. Try removing nodejs and then attempt the upgrade
again:

sudo apt-get purge nodejs
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nodesource.list
sudo apt-get update
