Bug description:
  Even Microsoft gets this right.  Why go through the pain of manually
  configuring networking only to discover the setup program doesn't see
  the hard drive Ubuntu Server is to be installed to?

  Dell PowerEdge T310 Service Tag CYC2QM1 - no RAID card installed.
