I have verified that `debootstrap hirsute test/` works correctly on a
focal multipass instance using the version from focal-proposed
(1.0.118ubuntu1.3)

  Without this update users cannot generate hirsute chroots for
  development.

  Attempt to debootstrap hirsute.

  Very low, this simply introduces a suite specific script which is not
  used unless you attempt to create and Ubuntu Hirsute chroot.
