[Bug 1901703] [NEW] update wont work. Seams python-is-python3 cant be found

Trying to upgrade vom 18.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS for weeks an it wont work.
>From the main.log it seams python-is-python3 cant be found.
Tried update to python3.7, but that doesnt seam to work, so switched back to python 3.6 and disabled alternatives to avaid errors
