[Bug 1901763] [NEW] Upgrade Not Working

Upgrading Operating System (OS) from Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS to Ubuntu 20.10
is executing but not finalizing all steps before computer reboot. I am
willing to reset ubuntu to "factory settings" to get this upgrade OS to
work.  after googling for solutions; none of the commands work to
complete the process iu terminal.
