Your bug report further shows that you are installing Ubuntu 19.04,
which is not a supported version of Ubuntu. Closing as invalid.  Please
install a currently supported version of Ubuntu instead (recommended to
install Ubuntu 20.04, which is both the newest stable release of Ubuntu
at present, and a long-term supported release).
