Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

PowerPC is not a supported architecture after Ubuntu 16.04/xenial.
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SupportedArchitectures  Ubuntu does
support ppc64el (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ppc64el) though that won't
likely help you.
