[Bug 1895098] Re: Upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04LTS not proposed

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

The upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04.1 will occur AFTER the release of
20.04.1, not at that time. This is done to ensure stability for existing
LTS users.

where you'll note currently it's at

- 20.04.1 Released!
- Upgrades from 18.04 to 20.04.1 still disabled

This is not a bug, but the current state of affairs.  Ubuntu have
provided a blog if you don't want to wait and prefer to force it; ie.

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The upgrade to 20.04.1 is not proposed for me, if I have "upgrade for LTS only" chosen in the update manager.
  If I chose "upgrade for all version" the 20.04 is proposed (I don' t see 20.04.1), but the process cancelled with an error.
