Bug description:
  do-release-upgrade reported a fatal error stating that a bug report
  should be filed and to attach /var/log/dist-upgrade/{apt,main}.log

  lsb_release -rd reports:
  Description: Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
  Release: Ubuntu 18.04
