[Bug 1922812] [NEW] After ubiquity shows the partition layout if we click the return to the previous options the install button gets disabled

Public bug reported:

After choosing fresh install using the total of the disk and clicking
next, ubiquity will show the suggest layout of the partitions if we
click return to previous options the install button gets disable without
the possibility of being clicked again.

Thist test was done on a live session of Ubuntu Budgie 21.04 Beta with
the iso daily-live/20210406/ on a virtual machine using virtual manager.
