Title:
  Longer shutdown with plymouth

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  At shutdown the spinner logo disapear and a scond later it comes back
  and stay for 15sec. When I remove "splash" from the grub commandline
  the shutdown is fast (no extra 15 sec.). I can't find any hints in the
  log. It seem to happen after the log stopped.
