[Bug 1924862] [NEW] snap install of gimp means gimp cannot open file with group permission

Public bug reported:

snap installs gimp 2.10.22 and this install results in gimp not being able to open a file (e.g.image) using group permission;  it need owner permission.
The install by apt, of version 2.10.18, doesn't have this bug.

The snap install of audacity has the same problem
