  Skip indexing s3fs

Status in mlocate package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  updatedb crawls large remote S3 object stores which incurs a high IO
  cost.  This confuses users who experience poor performance and high
  AWS bills.  Similar to NFS and ceph, the s3fs project would like to
  add fuse.s3fs to PRUNEFS.
