[Bug 1925032] [NEW] Add recovery key when partioning is done manually

Public bug reported:

Currently the recovery key is displayed only with partman-auto. This triggered a crash in ubiquity (bug 1925002)
This crash has been fixed but the UI must be consistent between both partitioning methods.

The UI to modify is in ubi-partman.py in method move_crypto_widgets().
The widgets related to the recovery_key must be added to the list of
widgets to display.
