Thank you for your bug report. Are you talking about the mirrors list?
Which serie of Ubuntu are you using? It sounds like it could be the same
as bug #1909918 which has been fixed nox

Bug description:
  Using Settings and then trying to choose other server doesn't do
  anything. It should display the list of available other servers.
