Step 4 in "Ubuntu Kylin Fcitx Tests in Ubuntu Kylin Desktop amd64" in Hirsute Final (version 20210420).
Configuration:x86 Physical machine installation
Actual results:
Right-click the "Fcitx" icon in the fcitx floating bar, and then the "Wubi Pinyin" item is missing under "Input Method"

Expected results:
Right-click the "Fcitx" icon in the fcitx floating bar, and then there is a "Wubi Pinyin" item under "Input Method"
