   Step 3 in"Ukui-control-center(Ubuntu Kylin) in Ubuntu Kylin Desktop amd64" in Hirsute Final (version 20210420).
  Configuration:x86 Physical machine installation
  Actual results:
  Click the menu button under the control panel, help displays in English, not Chinese
  Expected results:
  Click the menu button under the control panel, the help is displayed in Chinese
