Bug description:
  Context:
   Step 3 in"Ukui-menu(Ubuntu Kylin) in Ubuntu Kylin Desktop amd64" in Hirsute Final (version 20210420).
  Configuration:x86 Physical machine installation
  Actual results:
  Right-click the power button under the menu, and click the sleep button to have no effect
  Expected results:
  Right-click the power button under the menu, click the sleep button, and the computer enters sleep state
