Sorry, I'm not sure what 'cornd' is, did you possibly mean 'cron'?

In any case, you'll need to provide some more info about your problem,
like the system logs and/or error messages.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Whenever I shutdown my desktop, cornd not stopped that's why it
  delayed the every shutdown. I don't know how to reproduce it. I am
  useing ubuntu 20.10.
