Running `debootstrap impish test/` results in a successful base system
install on a focal multipass instance.

  Without this update users cannot generate impish chroots for
  development.

  Nowhere really, this simply introduces a suite specific script which
  is not used unless you attempt to create and Ubuntu Impish chroot.
