Probably fixed but as Lubuntu 16.04 reached EOL over two years closing
as this bug report is no longer valid.

Bug description:
  When booting from Live CD, the boot screen displays 'Lubuntu 15.10'
  instead of 'Lubuntu 16.04'. (see screenshot attached)

  Tested on:
  Lubuntu 16.04 'Xenial' build 20151220 running in Virtualbox
