Title:
Backport support for building intel-iot images to Focal

Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in livecd-rootfs source package in Focal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]

In Focal we'd like to build images for an Intel project which uses a
specialized kernel. Support for building these images already exists
in Impish we just need to backport it to Focal.

  [Test Case]

Run classic and snap image builds (best if done on cdimage) for the
intel-iot project with -proposed enabled for classic (the kernel is
there). If the builds succeed then the bug can be considered verified.

  [Where problems could occur]

If the cherry-picks are wrong, some other images could stop building
or, due to issues with image generation, become unbootable. But a
quick check of one/two other daily images of other flavors should be
sufficient to make sure that's not the case.
