Bug description:
  Creating a imsm raid smaller than 1MiB should be blocked. Commit https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/mdadm/mdadm.git/commit/?id=06a6101c0a4d2658798dc42f461ace8e6900f840 fixes issue
  by correcting the minimum possible imsm raid size.
