Bug description:
  repeating errors like
    File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/OpenSSL/SSL.py", line 664, in <module>
      _lib.Cryptography_HAS_TLSEXT_HOSTNAME, "SNI not available"
  AttributeError: module 'lib' has no attribute 'Cryptography_HAS_TLSEXT_HOSTNAME'
  reinstall of /python3-cryptography_2.8-3ubuntu0.1_amd64.deb, python3-crypto_2.6.1-13ubuntu2_amd64.deb, python3-openssl_19.0.0-1build1_all.deb
  doesn't help.
