Bug description:
  Hi,

  The guide at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization no
  longer works to create a custom ISO for Ubuntu desktop on Focal.

  
  The output of the guide on 20.04 has varying results, for example some VMs are able to boot, others are not.

  The full steps to reproduce this bug can be found here:

  These steps are known working for 18.04.
