Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Ubuntu 20.10 (groovy) reached end-of-life on July 22, 2021.

Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing
future users from hitting the same bug.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu doesn't offer me to upgrade to 20.10. If I remember, it also
  didn't offer me before to upgrade to 20.04 and I had to do it using
  the terminal.
