I´m a Linux Beginner. Since Years i work with RPIs. Now i would like to give the Odroid N2+ a chance and if they told me after a fresh installation with 20.04.3 LTS that 22.04 is available, i try to update my system. No idea why that shows up, when 22.04 is in development... :/

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Tried to upgrade my Odroid N2+ from Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS to 22.04,
  because i´ve got the message "Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to
  it.". So i tried "sudo do-release-upgrade" and of cause i´ve updated
  and upgraded everything.
