Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

The mirror (TDS Telecom) you're using does not provide support for jammy
(22.04).

I'd suggest switching to an official Ubuntu mirror - ie.
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors or the main archive.

The error message was I felt appropriate, ie. you mentioned

"This may be because you have no official mirrors listed in your
software sources"

I've changed status to 'incomplete'; if you believe I'm in error, please
leave a comment and the status can be returned to 'new;.
