Bug description:
  Erase disk and install Ubuntu LVM & Encryption
  Install (entire disk with lvm and encryption) Checked the 'Overwrite empty disk space' and click the 'Install Now' button. Security Key password & confirm password correct.  "An error occurred while configuring encrypted volumes" "The configuration has been aborted. Tried test 5 times to rule out human error, same results.
