Same issue with /var/log/btmp and same fix: Comment out the entry in
/etc/logrotate.conf

Bug description:
  The cron.daily job reports an error running logrotate:

  /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
  error: /etc/logrotate.conf:22 duplicate log entry for /var/log/wtmp

  There is a duplicate entry for "wtmp" in:
    /etc/logrotate.conf
    /etc/logrotate.d/wtmp

  Fix: Comment out the entry in /etc/logrotate.conf
