Bug description:
  olive-editor on arm64 fails with

     dh_dwz -a
  	install -d debian/olive-editor/usr/lib/debug/.dwz/aarch64-linux-gnu
  	dwz -mdebian/olive-editor/usr/lib/debug/.dwz/aarch64-linux-gnu/olive-editor.debug -M/usr/lib/debug/.dwz/aarch64-linux-gnu/olive-editor.debug -- debian/olive-editor/usr/bin/olive-crashhandler debian/olive-editor/usr/bin/olive-editor
  dwz: debian/olive-editor/usr/bin/olive-editor: Unknown DWARF DW_OP_0
  dwz: Too few files for multifile optimization

  upgrading to newest elfutils 0.182-1 from proposed, and dwz
  0.13+20201015-1 from experimental does not help.

  will upload olive-editor that skips said binary on arm64 from dh_dwz
  treatment.
