Title:
  Unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 from 18.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  It asks me to either do a ppa purge or check for other errors in the
  logs. I found that there are broken packages from the log but I am
  unsure how to fix those, I have tried installing using apt.
