Title:
Autopkgtest fails to run because python-twisted-core is not available
  (Focal)

Status in automat package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in automat source package in Focal:
  New

Bug description:
Automat 0.8.0-1ubuntu1 defines the following test dependencies in
  debian/tests/control:

  Tests: unit-tests-2 unit-tests-3
  Depends: @,
           graphviz,
           python-twisted-core,
           python3-twisted,
           python3-graphviz,

But Focal dropped python2 support, including python-twisted-core:
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/twisted/18.9.0-11

This results in autopkgtest errors such as this one:
  https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-focal/focal/amd64/a/automat/20210222_180749_ce476@/log.gz

Newer releases do not depend on this package and do not face this
  issue.
